1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CDN Certified ("the Service"), operated by CDN Certified ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CDN Certified is an online education platform offering courses, quizzes, hands-on exercises, and certification related to Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) and web performance. The Service includes both free and paid content.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell course content without written permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including text, images, code examples, quizzes, and exercises, is the intellectual property of CDN Certified and is protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning purposes.

6. Payments and Pricing

Paid features are billed as a one-time payment via Stripe. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing, but changes do not affect existing purchases.

8. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements (quizzes, exercises). Certificates represent completion of our curriculum and are not accredited by any government or academic body. We reserve the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraud or violation of these terms.

9. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CDN Certified shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access paid content ceases, subject to applicable refund rights.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
